Female Leadership Lab (Pilot) — VŠE Prague

A practical leadership course designed for women — because leadership is not one-size-fits-all.

What it is
Female Leadership Lab is a hands-on, workshop-based course for women students who want to grow their confidence, communication, and leadership presence — in a way that feels authentic, real, and sustainable.

This is a pilot edition at VŠE Prague. We’re building it with care, energy, and a lot of practice — not theory for theory’s sake.

Why a course for women?
Not because we’re “anti-men” — quite the opposite. We value collaboration and allies.
We’re doing this because:

  • Women are not “small men.” At home and at work, the context and expectations are often different.

  • We meet so many talented women at university — yet the higher you go, the fewer you see in visible leadership roles.

  • And honestly: because we can — and we love creating learning experiences that actually work.

What you’ll experience
Expect a high-interaction format with real practice:

  • confidence & self-leadership tools

  • communication and boundary-setting (without losing warmth)

  • feedback conversations and “tough love” done right

  • visibility, presence, and leadership voice

  • strengths-based leadership & working with your energy

  • peer support, reflection, and a strong network of women

Who it’s for
This course is for women students who want to:

  • lead projects or teams (now or soon),

  • speak up with clarity,

  • build confidence without pretending to be someone else,

  • and grow with a community that gets it.

What you’ll take away
By the end, you’ll leave with:

  • a personal leadership style you can name and use,

  • practical scripts and tools for real situations,

  • more confidence in high-stakes conversations,

  • and a network of women you can lean on.
